RETURNS
From the day you receive an item, you have 180 calendar days to return it. Contact our team if you wish to return an item.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging is also required. To process a return, we need an item's order confirmation and receipt.
Once your refund has been processed, your original payment method will automatically be credited. Shipping fees for returning an item will not be refunded, and you will have to pay them.
REFUNDS
We will refund any items that are approved for return and items which have been defective or damaged before you receive them. Please contact us if you received a defective or damaged item.
It may take several days for a refund to appear in your bank account after it has been processed. If 7 calendar days have passed since we confirmed the refund was processed and it has not shown up in your bank account, please contact your credit card company or bank. In case they cannot find the refund, please contact us.
